URL's can be extremely long in some cases, so the best way to post a link is to embed the 'code' behind a short descriptive text. The thing to remember is that any 'code' needs to be enclosed in 'Tags', the type of tag used can vary but this type of forum board uses Square Brackets: [ ] HTML Tags go inside these brackets. Tag tables can be found easily by doing a google search for them, there are many sites displaying them, some are better than others. Tags are 'ended' by using the / (Forward Slash) which sits inside a pair of square brackest BEFORE the instruction code: [/_]The 'Tag' for a hyperlink is: urlWe need to tell the PC that we intend to embed a hyperlink so we start Notice that the code is not properly ended yet. We know that because we don't yet see the End Tag in our Code - [/_]We need to place in a short piece of text, such as 'Here' or 'Click Here' or perhaps a shortened version of the site address such as 'Sky News' or 'Download.Com'. Now it should look like this: Click here The end tag in this case is Just to get you started here is a site with some HTML code examples Don't worry about getting it wrong. That's what the 'Modify' post button is for. Ed
